By using the www.lonelightstudio.com website (the "Site") and the services offered through the Site (the "Services"), you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site and the Services.

1. Parties

This Terms of Use regulates the relationship between the operator of the Site, Lønelight Studio Ltd. Şti. ("Lønelight Studio", "we"), and the user visiting the Site or benefiting from the Services ("you").

2. Services Provided

Lønelight Studio, as an Istanbul-based tattoo studio, offers the following services through the Site:

  • Promotion of artist portfolios and tattoo styles,

  • Creating appointment requests ("Book Appointment" form),

  • Blog content,

  • Communication via WhatsApp/phone/email,

  • Product sales via the https://lonelight.studio subdomain ("Shop").

Appointment requests created through the Site do not constitute a definitive appointment confirmation; the appointment becomes final when the Studio contacts you and confirms it.

3. Age Requirement and Majority

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to receive tattoo services.

  • Individuals under the age of 18 cannot request an appointment through the Site and cannot receive tattoo services. Exceptional cases where local legislation allows services to be provided to minors with parental consent are subject to the Studio's sole discretion and applicable legislation.

  • By filling out the appointment form, you declare that you have reached the age of 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Health Declaration and Disclaimer

  • Before the tattoo application, you must accurately and completely declare information such as your skin condition, known allergies, chronic illnesses, medications you use, and your pregnancy/breastfeeding status. The Studio cannot be held liable for the consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect declarations.

  • A tattoo is a permanent body modification; possible risks such as allergic reactions, infection risks, and color fading will be communicated by the artist prior to the session. You are deemed to have accepted these risks.

  • The Studio is not responsible for complications that may arise as a result of failure to comply with aftercare instructions.

  • The Studio reserves the right to refuse service in cases it deems medically inappropriate (e.g., skin condition, contraindicated health status).

5. Appointment, Cancellation, and Modification Policy

  • Appointment requests become valid after being confirmed by the Studio.

  • Cancellation/postponement requests must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

  • In the event of being late or failing to show up without notice (no-show), the Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, artist portfolios, designs, video content) belongs to Lønelight Studio or the respective artists and is protected by copyright.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the Site content is prohibited.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the usage and sharing rights of the original designs applied by the artists belong to the Studio/artist.

7. User Obligations

While using the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information,

  • Not engage in actions that will disrupt the operation of the Site or threaten its security,

  • Not use the Site content in a manner that is unlawful, insulting, or violates the rights of third parties.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and lonelight.studio (Shop). The terms of use and privacy policies of these platforms apply; Lønelight Studio is not responsible for the content or practices of these platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". The Studio does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Site.

10. Modifications

Lønelight Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated terms become effective as soon as they are published on this page.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from these terms.
